The collaboration between Monte Forte and Pilgrim Brewery at the Hatch will be coming to an end on Saturday 31st August 2024.
It has been great fun and we thank you for supporting us, but both businesses have agreed it would be best for Pilgrim Brewery to transition to their own food offering which will also allow Monte Forte to focus on its standalone restaurants.
It’s great when two businesses and sets of friends can work together like this and also acknowledge when a change of direction is best for everyone. Pilgrim is excited to launch their own offering with details to be announced soon and Monte Forte is equally excited to now shift full focus to its Farnham restaurant opening in November.
This doesn’t mean that Pilgrim Brewery and Monte Forte will cease working together, in fact Paolo has offered to provide advice on the new menu at the Hatch and you will still find Pilgrim beer in the Monte Forte restaurants.”
